I am a lazy guy so I will briefly introduce the final part that I introduce two careers at once. Because one is almost similar to original and the other one is mentioned for many times.
Sorceress
It may be the most popular career in vanilla D2 because of Teleport at the beginning stage as players don't have an enigma. The pros and cons are almost similar to vanilla D2. But the cons may be enhanced.
The pros, the high damage, the Teleport, are the same as vanilla D2. So I don't want to tell the same thing. But the cons may be different. In vanilla D2 you can get Insight rune sets, but in TSW mod you can get Insight but without the aura due to its design. TSW mod doesn't allow it so all skills can only be skills. You can not get other career's skills by all means. So, the mana regeneration would be a huge problem in TSW mod. You have to spend attribute points on Energy, which you may not do in vanilla D2. And the mana cost of each skill increase basically. You have to use more carefully. Actually, even though I am pro, I still consume a lot of portions when I played Sorceress. I feel that this career is the most one that consumes portions. But for its high damage, I think it as a trade-off. So prepare some items with extra-gold which let you earn more gold.
Paladin
I have mentioned it in previous articles. This career is different from other careers for its variety of defensive auras. Or its auras are the unique reason that it is different. Besides, it doesn't have many attacking method. So its attacking way is quite simple. This is why you have to be defensive. You don't have too many choices so you can only be defensive. This was a difficult part for me. I learned it for a long time as I wrote in other articles.
So be careful to play this career. Don't be addict to its convenience. Remember it is not the same as other careers. That is my conclusion here.
